Learning to communicate effectively in English is necessary for promoting and sustaining global understanding. Communicative competence involves not only the grammatical aspects of a language, but also cultural aspects that are also essential to understand. Additionally, language learning must take place both inside and outside of the classroom and experimentation and creativity on the part of the learner will aid in language acquisition.
