I believe that all students are unique human beings that need to be treated as individuals. The aim of education should provide students with equal opportunities to learn on the basis of their interests, needs, and abilities. As an educator in the new millennium, I strongly believe that students are born with an innate curiosity and have different hidden strengths. My mission is to open up in students – a new interest, or awareness, and a new sense of self confidence. I aim to foster my students a love of learning, instill a lifelong passion for learning, encourage their curiosity and critical thinking. The ultimate goal is to facilitate them to develop and blossom so that they can realise their full potentials.
